“I’m in new client and I’m going through a difficult time right now. I have spoke to many of the people there in this location. I have to tell you about a couple of the employees there their names are so closely alike, Emma and Emmi. I needed some help and I really wasn’t really too sure where to get the help and so I came across this wonderful young lady named Emma. Emma I just want to say thank you for all your hard work and dedication not only as an employee also an asset to this company. A person who has empathy and is doing an awesome job for this company. You said to me you’re only there for a couple days out of the week which is very unfortunate. I would like to deal with you every single time I call if that would be possible.
